Biography

Manie Libbok is an attacking, creative flyhalf with quick feet and a long kicking game. Born on 15 July 1997 and educated at Outeniqua and Dan Pienaar, he helped the Stormers win the first United Rugby Championship title in 2022. The next season fans voted him the competition’s Player of the Season.

He made his Test debut against France in Marseille in 2022 and was the first-choice flyhalf at the start of the 2023 World Cup, which South Africa won. He later moved to the Hanazono Kintetsu Liners in Japan.
