Biography

Cobus Visagie was a strong, inquisitive tight-head prop who played 29 Tests between 1999 and 2003. Born in Stellenbosch on 31 October 1973 and educated at Paul Roos Gymnasium, he studied accounting and played for Western Province, winning four Currie Cups. He played in the 1999 World Cup semi-final and later had a long career with Saracens in England.
