Biography

Krynauw Otto was a big Northern Transvaal lock who played 38 Tests between 1995 and 2000 and won 28. Born in Belfast, Mpumalanga, on 8 October 1971, he made his debut at the 1995 World Cup and was part of the winning squad. He formed a long-standing lock partnership with Mark Andrews and played at the 1999 World Cup, where South Africa finished third.
