Biography

Rudolph Straeuli was a strong Transvaal loose forward who played ten Tests and lost only one. Born in Pretoria on 20 August 1963, he scored tries against New Zealand, Argentina, Scotland and Wales in 1994. He came off the bench in the 1995 World Cup final. He later coached the Springboks from 2002 to 2003.
