Biography
Noel Howe-Browne was a Western Province forward who played all three Tests against the 1910 British Isles side, finishing with the 21–5 win at Newlands that clinched the series. Born on 24 December 1884 and educated at Diocesan College (Bishops), he died on 3 April 1943.
