Biography
Cameron Hanekom is a dynamic, ball-carrying Bulls loose forward and one of South Africa’s most exciting young forwards. Born in Ceres on 10 May 2002 and educated at Paarl Boys’ High and Charlie Hofmeyr, he was named the United Rugby Championship’s Next-Gen Player of the Season for 2024–25.
A torn hamstring in the 2025 semi-final kept him out for nine months, but he came back strongly and started Tests for the Springboks in 2026.
