Biography
Rosko Specman was a quick, elusive wing best known as one of the stars of the Blitzboks, South Africa’s sevens team. Born in Grahamstown on 28 April 1989, he won the World Rugby Sevens Series in 2017 and 2018 and Olympic bronze medals in 2016 and 2024.
Between sevens stints he played fifteen-a-side rugby for the Cheetahs, Blue Bulls, Stormers and Griquas. He won his only Test cap at 32, playing the full match against Georgia in 2021.
