Biography
Johan de Bruyn was a big Orange Free State lock who played in the third Test against the 1974 British Isles side in Port Elizabeth, his only cap. Born near Reivilo on 12 October 1948, he lost an eye as a boy but went on to play 40 times for his province. He toured France in 1974.
