Biography
Dougie Holton was a solid prop who won his only cap in the 18–10 win over Scotland in Port Elizabeth in 1960. Born in Cape Town on 28 September 1932 and educated at Wynberg Boys’ High, he played for Rhodesia and Eastern Province. He toured Britain and France in 1960–61 but was injured early on. He died on 12 April 1994.
