Biography

Roger Sherriff was a solid, honest lock who missed much of the 1937 tour through injury but played all three Tests against the 1938 British Isles side. Born in Durban on 17 March 1913 and educated at Glenwood, he played for Northern Transvaal. He died on 3 October 1950.
